The Alber Scalaport X7

The Scalaport X7 universal adaptor is a portable stair climbing system which is compatible with all popular models of wheelchair. There is no need to adapt the wheelchair in order to climb stairs - simply roll on to the Scalaport base, engage the wheelchair brakes and attach the universal clamping mechanism to the wheelchair backrest and you're ready to go!

The Scalaport is especially suitable for professional transport of wheelchairs and patients and for access to public buildings. Any manual chair is ready for transportation in a matter of seconds. Narrow and spiral stairs can be tackled with ease with no damage to the stair covering.

The Scalaport X7 is a Scalamobil attachment and costs £963 when bought alone but only £375 if purchased along with a Scalamobil.
