The Alber Scalacombi S36
The Scalacombi S36 climbs stairs in the same way as the S35 but it incorporates an integrated flip-up seat and backrest.
The Scalacombi is used for clients who are not dependent on a wheelchair and in situations where more than one person may be using the machine. It is also ideal for narrow staircases and confined spaces that might be too small for a wheelchair.
It has an attractively designed seat and backrest with soft padding. Swivelling armrests give access to the seat and the machine folds easily for storage. Dismantling the S36 for transport takes only a few seconds.
