Add-on power for manual wheelchairs

If you feel you could do with a little help when pushing a wheelchair, the TGA Powerpack could be the answer. Fitted between the rear wheels of a manual wheelchair, the wheeled Powerpack gives you that extra boost which is particularly helpful when going uphill. It is easily operated by a control lever attached to the wheelchair handle. It runs on a 20 amp hour battery and comes with its own carry bag.

There are three models in the range:

the Standard Single Wheel model capable of transporting up to 18 stone user weight,
the Standard Twin Wheel model with the same user weight limit but with greater traction, more suited to terrain such as gravel and wet grass, and
the Heavy Duty Twin Wheel model which has two wheels and can transport up to 26 stone.
